Terrace Residence is located on Madárhegy in District 11, in one of the most popular areas of Újbuda, with almost only new building and only a quarter of an hour from the city centre. In contrast to the previous phases, the buildings of Phase 4 of the Terrace Residence Project are not designed as terraced houses. In this last phase of the project we are building modern, spacious and sunny houses with panoramic view from the sun terraces and penthouse apartments on the top floor of the two buildings.
